Every stage of the recruitment process is important for selecting a suitable applicant. Our recruitment process is a combination of effective selection methods and practical job knowledge. We assess applicant’s work experience, education, and personality for each suitable job vacancy. This practice helps employers to select suitable overseas applicants without having to worry about the quality.

You will also get a chance to assess applicant’s ability to speak English during the telephonic interview with them as well.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

We will always ensure the authenticity of educational, work experience certificates and applicant’s personal identification documents. Applicant’s references will be contacted and verified during the registration process. With no exception, we will not register any applicant, who does not meet our recruitment process standards.

REGISTRATION
As soon as we receive a completed official CV and relevant documents from an applicant, our consultants will review the official CV in detail and check educational and work experience qualifications. Once the consultant verifies all necessary documents with complete satisfaction, the applicant will be registered.

SHORTLISTING APPLICANTS
We will take utmost care in selecting and short-listing the applicants against the requirement of the job vacancy. We will ensure that the standards are matched with the industry’s job requirements.

INTERVIEW APPLICANTS
We will send you the short-listed applicant CVs for interview. The interview can be performed via telephone. We can arrange the telephonic interview at your convenience as well as the applicants.

POST INTERVIEW
After the interview, you may have selected suitable applicants. As an employer, you must issue a job offer letter and employment contract in order to make the job offer official and lawful. Please note that Labour and Employment law mandates this procedure. We will provide complete assistance and work with you to prepare the required documents that are required to be submitted along with the work application.

WORK PERMIT
We will prepare necessary legal paper work and apply for UK work permit on behalf of you. We have very good expertise in all the legal aspects of applying and obtaining work permit. Getting UK work permit is easier than you think.

Once the UK Home Office approves the work permit application, it will take couple of weeks for the overseas applicant to come from overseas and start working for your organization. We will ensure that the whole process goes without any hassle.
