What is IELTS?
IELTS, the International
English Language Testing System, is designed
to assess the English language ability of
applicants who need to study or work where
English is used as the language of communication.
IELTS test covers all four language skills:
Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking
and is offered in two test formats - Academic
and General Training. Academic format is
suitable for applicants planning to undertake
higher education study or who are seeking
professional registration. IELTS is recognised
by universities and employers in many countries,
including Australia, Canada, Ireland, New
Zealand, the UK and the USA. It is also
recognised by professional bodies, immigration
authorities and other government agencies
in many parts of the world. |

for many service professionals such as Hotel
staff, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals,
Teachers, Accountants, Social Workers, and
Doctors etc seeking to register in overseas
organisations for the purpose of getting
employment in an English speaking country.
Also, IELTS test is now the benchmark to
measure applicant’s ability in Listening,
Reading, Writing and Speaking English. So,
if you take IELTS test and get required
overall band score, it will increase your
chances of getting a job in an English speaking
country. In many English-speaking countries,
employers are keen to know about the overseas
applicant’s ability in Listening, Reading,
Writing and Speaking English. The IELTS
test score will greatly help you justify
your ability in English in a professional
manner. |

I get in IELTS test?
