HOW TO REGISTER? - CHEFS
 


The following information gives you an idea of what you should do in order to begin the registration process with EuroStar Recruitment:

 

STEP – ONE:
Please read the ‘Registration Process’ section.

 

STEP – TWO:
Please read the ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ section.

 

STEP – THREE:
Please read the document formats in ‘Registration Tools’ section.

 

STEP – FOUR:
Please read the instructions and document format specifications carefully before you start preparing them. Prepare the following documents as per the format specifications:

  Prepare the following documents in ‘MS-WORD’ file format:

Applicant Data Form
Official CV as per Official CV Format
 
 
 
  All the following documents must be COLOUR SCANNED in ‘JPEG’ file format:

Recent colour Passport size photograph
Recent colour Full-size photograph (showing Head   to Toe)
(The above photographs must be taken against a plain white background within the last 3 months. Please go to a professional photo studio to take these photographs. Do not use your digital or still camera)
 
 
 
Copy of your Work Experience Certificates
Two Reference Letters from your Employers or Head of department
Copy of your Professional Education Certificates
Copy of IELTS (or) TOEFL scorecard (if any)
Copy of all previous UK Work Permits (if any)
Copy of your Current and Old Passports (All Used Pages)
Police Clearance Certificate (must have been issued   within the last 6 months)
Medical Clearance Certificate (must have been issued within the last 6 months)
 

STEP – FIVE:
After having prepared all the above documents, place them in a FOLDER and compress it by using the WINZIP. Then, Email the compressed FOLDER as an attachment to us. If you are unable to colour scan the documents, please make COLOUR Photocopies of the documents and courier them to our mailing address. After we receive all the above documents, we review and email you the 'Terms & Conditions' agreement and payment information for registration.

 

STEP – SIX:
Read, sign and email the Terms & Conditions agreement. Make payment as per payment information.

 

NOTE:
To register with EuroStar Recruitment, you must prepare the required documents in the required format. This will result in avoiding significant delay in processing your registration. Please note that you must COLOUR Scan or COLOUR Photocopy of all your documents and the documents must be in clear and good condition to read.

 
THE FOLLOWING IS VERY IMPORTANT:

TWO EMAILS: You must have TWO EMAIL IDs. The TWO EMAIL IDs must be a YAHOO and GMAIL account. So, that we can email you to TWO EMAIL IDs instead of just one. This will ensure that you will receive email from us even if one of your email account is not working properly.

 

If you don’t have TWO EMAIL IDs, please create email accounts of YAHOO and GMAIL as soon as possible.

 

IMPORTANT:
You should check your TWO EMAIL IDs everyday or as often as you can. Because, we will usually email you at very short notice and at any time. Also, we may have to arrange the telephone interview very urgently. So, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you should check your TWO EMAIL IDs every day or as often as you can.

Note that sometimes our e-mail does go to ‘Junk Mail Box’. So, don’t forget to check Junk Mail Box and as well as In Box of your EMAIL IDs. Sometime emails do bounce back due to not enough space available in your email accounts or In-Box full. So, please DELETE all your old emails in your Email In-Box. This will ensure that you will receive our emails on time.

If you miss a telephone interview because you didn’t check your email, we will not be responsible and it may take sometime to get another job interview. So, it is very important that you should check your TWO EMAIL IDs every day or as often as you can. If you don’t, it may cost you a good job interview.
